I used to like this store, close and easy to get what I need, but this last trip made me never wanna go back, went in for sweet feed for our horses, I needed 4 bags and there was none on the main floor, I asked if there was more in the back and was told yes let’s go get it, went in the back with them and found the feed up on the racks, was told sorry we can’t get any down for you, so I put my other products back and left, now I have to drive 30 minutes more out of the way to get the feed, this was also the second trip here since the first time today there was a sign that said opens at noon, I come here every week to get our sweet feed, the fact that nobody could take 10 minutes to get a pallet of the sweet feed down is ridiculous, so anyone else that goes for the same product today will be in the same situation as I am.
Store looks great but went in to buy a harvest Right freeze dryer, Ask one of the girls up front for help, And she never walked over, We finally left as the 2 girls stood by registers talking. To bad always loved this tractor supply.
All the employees are morons. Had to go in two separate times to get someone to fill my propane tank. Long story short my tank never got filled. Waste of time and money
We buy rabbit food and pine pellets for my rabbit's litterbox here. I haven't needed help so I don't have much to say about employees.
I love this store it's great for all your animal loving needs. It also carries country home decor, hardware and gardening supplies. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Tractor supply also has a rewards program with discounts email to you. The pricing is comparable to other competitors. If you just like to browse a store with all the modern country conveniences and newest pet supplies and toys this is your store.
Great store, always there to help us out with knowledgeable friendly service. Just buying dogfood this trip.
I've never felt so much like an inconvenience to a sales associate before. I was waiting at the front of the store for assistance, and the employee Jon would not look at me or acknowledge my existence as he walked to the register. Another employee, Brenda, who was already helping another customer, had to prompt him to take care of me by asking if I needed any help. He never looked at me, said six words to me, and behaved as though helping a customer was below him.
Thank you Brenda for being so customer oriented and helpful! I hope you can train Jon on how to improve his much needed training on customer service.
Customer service has significantly suffered at this store as of recently.
Just wanted to check out the baby ducks and chickens. Employees were great anoiyr explaining the policies of purchasing livestock shows that they really care about the animals.
